I started working part-time for KC Cattle Company in August of 2020. I was looking for a part-time job while going to college at Park University and after separating from the Marine Corps in March. I was looking for a part-time job just to pay the bills but ended up finding a rewarding job that focuses on family, hard work and community.
I was born in Southwest Missouri and grew up in small town called Jasper and went to Webb City High school. I grew up on a beef / dairy farm and learned from my parents’ hard work and to take pride in your work. I have two older brothers, one who is a Police Officer here in Kansas City, MO and another brother who lives in Northwest Arkansas.
I joined the Marine Corps in 2014 and served for 5 ½ years. For the majority of my time in the Marine Corps I served as a Marine Embassy Security Guard and in the Marine Security Augmentation Unit. During my time in the Marine Security Guard program I went to a number of areas including the Middle East, North Africa, Western Europe and South America. I provided security for a number of embassies and U.S. Government officials including the U.S. Secretary of State and Secretary of Defense. In the Marine Corps I achieved the rank of Sergeant and was fortunate to be around great leaders and even better peers. In early 2020 I left the Marine Corps and started attending college at Park University in Parkville, MO. Eventually, I found my way to KC Cattle Company and have been here ever since. I have been fortunate to find another great team to work with and continue serving this great nation in a different manner.
I got my order today. Thank you for the hand written note!
