While not a common cut, the Teres Major is one that will surprise you with its tenderness and flavor. It is a muscle in the shoulder that is not used frequently, making it extra tender. Excellent for a quick & dinner for the family! You may have even seen this Wagyu deliciousness on a menu called petite tender medallions. Key word there being tender!

  • Can be cut into tiny filets, or cooked low and slow on the smoker
  • We suggest not cooking above medium!
  • Each cut weighs in at an average of 14oz!
