We really enjoy the flank steaks, and once we tried the flat iron steak, we realized how amazing, tender, and marbleized this piece of Waygu meat is as well .  You can’t go wrong using their fabulous seasoning and grilling up this beautiful piece of meat. We have used it over salad! Delicious!
