KC Cattle Co Bourbon Barrel Smoked Salt

It's no surprise that GREAT beef must be paired with a GREAT salt. Our KC Cattle Company Bourbon Barrel smoked salt is hand harvested by J.Q. Dickinson Salt Works in West Virginia. The salt comes from the ancient Iapetus Ocean that is located deep under the Appalachian Mountains and is solar evaporated and cold smoked for 16 hours over Kentucky Bourbon barrels.
