These tasty brats hit all the flavor notes you look for in a brat. Whether you finish them on a flat top or bbq grill, they have a fabulous caramelized exterior with a juicy, meaty and tender interior. The brats are the perfect size in a soft French roll with mounds of grilled onions but also pair nicely with any combination of toppings or condiments. Highly recommend.
When I saw this was available, I knew had to order & try. Not looking back as these were amazing. If you like the crisp bite, these will not disappoint.
Aside from all the amazing cuts of beef KC Cattle Company has, I particularly love the Wagyu Bacon Cheeseburger Bratwursts. You get a good mix of bratwurst flavor with smokiness from the bacon and pops of cheese. It is one of my favorites from KC and a must try if you have not already.
