While some call it a Wagyu New York Strip end cut, we prefer to call it by its rightful name, the KC Strip.

The Wagyu KC Strip End Cut Steak was delicious and we'll certainly be ordering this again along with other options! I'm from Kansas City and it's wonderful fiding KC Cattle Company and getting these shipments to Nashville. I thought that a Wagyu steak, no matter what cut, would be excellent. This was not. It was okay but for the high price it should have been better than a choice or prime steak I can buy in a grocery store. It was not.
