Excellent marbled piece of meat. We slice this and grill it using the KC cattle company seasoning! Pairs excellently, with corn, zucchini and onion succotash on the grill as well.
The Wagyu Sirloin cap roast is the best piece of meat you will ever taste. So extra flavorful, super tender and juicy.. highly recommend.. I order an extra one every time, so I can have it on hand for when we have a dinner party.
I would give KC Cattle Co 10 starts if I could. Their product is world class. I have ordered many times and have never been disappointed. The meat comes quickly and well packaged. I have cooked the picanha several times and always get rave reviews, it is absolutely my favorite - it's a hot item so grab it when you see it!!!
