Reuben Bratwurst Box - Limited Release
Limited Annual Release – Once It’s Gone, It’s Gone
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day the KC Cattle way. 🍀
Our Berkshire Pork Reuben Bratwurst is a bold, crave-worthy twist on the classic deli favorite — crafted from premium local Berkshire pork and available just once per year. When this shipment sells out, it won’t return until next season.
Inside every smoked brat you’ll find the unmistakable flavors of a true Reuben: savory corned beef notes, tangy sauerkraut, creamy Swiss cheese, hints of thousand island dressing, and a touch of mustard — all perfectly balanced with gentle smoke. It’s everything you love about a Reuben sandwich, without the mess.
Juicy, flavorful, and deeply satisfying, this is the brat customers wait all year for and the one that disappears fastest.
Don’t wait. These sell out every time.

Because these brats are raw, cook to an internal temperature of 160–165°F for optimal safety and flavor.
Grill Method (Recommended):
Grill over medium heat (400–425°F), turning occasionally, for 12–15 minutes until fully cooked. Avoid high direct flame to prevent casing splits.
Pan-Sear Method:
Start in a skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil. Add a splash of water, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes. Remove lid and finish browning until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
