This was a gift and my friend who received it was absolutely in aww. They were delighted to get such a wonderful gift. They took it to the family Christmas dinner to share.
This is a regular purchase for us for the holiday charcuterie spread. Always a crowd favorite. It was packed and shipped with great care with an insulated container and frozen gel packs. These folks take pride in their product and go the extra mile to ensure it arrives in good condition. Bravo Zulu!
Had the ground waygu, super ! Had the summer sausage, very addictive ! Good flavor, bought the roast, waiting to it, along with the brats. Great meat ! Will be buying more.
Very delicious just the right amount of heat
Had this out on a spread for college ball watching on a Saturday and this was the first thing gone on a platter that had lobster meat and other fine eats on it. Just beware that it has a small bite of jalapeño’s in it that may notice you to have cold beer. We were victims of this for about 6 hours lol.
