Ingredients

1 lb Wagyu Ground Beef

3 tbsp KC Cattle Company Steak Seasoning (or your favorite beef rub)

8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)

1 cup Shredded Cheese of Choice (we used thin-sliced and it still worked great!)

½ cup Buffalo or Hot Sauce of Choice

2 tsp Ranch Dip Seasoning

Chips or Scoops, for serving
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Season the beef: Mix Wagyu ground beef with steak seasoning.

Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook until no longer pink, then remove from heat.

Mix it up: In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream cheese, shredded cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.

Bake: Spread the dip into a 9x13” (or smaller) baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Optional: After 20 minutes, carefully drain excess fat for a leaner finish. -
Serve & devour: Remove from the oven, uncover, and dig in while it’s hot! Serve with your favorite chips, scoops, or veggie sticks.
