This is my second purchase from KC Cattle Company. The products arrive securely packaged frozen on dry ice. My invoice included a hand written thank you note, which is rare nowadays. The personalization was greatly appreciated. Their Wagyu beef and Berkshire pork products are highly recommended. The Waygu outside skirt steak is excellent. Steaks are peeled and trimmed, about 1.5 lb sealed packages. Prompt shipping and great communication.
The values of this company only add to the excellent quality of this world class beef. Their skirt steak made the best fajitas I've ever had. Tender, juicy, and exploding with flavor.
