Wagyu Skirt Steak

This was my first Skirt Steak, and I tried something different. I made a stuffed smoke skirt steak, and it was phenomenal. I'm a novice smoker, so I know it had everything to do with the quality of the meat. I have never received anything less. It's always high Quality and consistently great.

This is my go-to for dinner parties. The Waygu skirt steak is the best I have ever found. I would also recommend the bacon cheeseburger bratwurst. Everything is well packaged and delivery communication is excellent. Customer Service is responsive and friendly. I have been a customer for several years, they do not disappoint reasonable requests. This is my second purchase from KC Cattle Company. The products arrive securely packaged frozen on dry ice. My invoice included a hand written thank you note, which is rare nowadays. The personalization was greatly appreciated. Their Wagyu beef and Berkshire pork products are highly recommended. I’m looking forward to trying the Wagyu skirt steak that was part of our current order, I’m sure it’s going to step up our taco Tuesday.
