Simply, I just loved it.
One of the best steaks I ever cooked!
Did on grill, medium well, was juicy and just perfect for 2. Thanks!
I order regularly from KCCCO and find their meat to be high quality and awesome. I sent their meats to my parents in Michigan periodically as well. I've kept a subscription and enjoy the brats, burgers, steak choices, stew and taco meats, and roasts. The cost is higher; however, the flavor and taste make it worthwhile. I highly recommend you try them. Splurge once in awhile - it's worth it!
I may have took my eye off the ball for a moment to have another beer. I cooked to medium instead of medium rare, but it was still good as hell.
