Wagyu Ribeye & KC Strip Steak
- Let steaks rest at room temperature for 30–45 minutes before cooking.
- Season simply with salt and cracked pepper to highlight the beef’s natural flavor.
- Sear on a cast iron or grill over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Rest steaks for 5–10 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
Wagyu Tenderloin Filet Mignon
- Best cooked using the reverse-sear method or high-heat sear followed by oven finish.
- Cook to internal temp of 125–130°F for medium-rare.
