I grilled these with a Jamaican Jerk wet rub. Wow! These are some of meatiest, most flavorful juiciest ribs I have ever had. I was literally trying to suck ever bit of meat off the bone. Haha. Absolutely worth the price.
I smoked these alongside some locally purchased ribs and they were so much better - way meatier and incredibly tasty. I used a Memphis style dry rub so that no sauce got in the way of the ribs' flavor.
My husband slow smoked these ribs on the grill and added a nice tangy BBQ sauce. They were super meaty and delicious.
