Wagyu Skirt Steak

I decided to try the outside skirt steak, not expecting it to be really that much better for carne asada given the marinating and prep.

I was so wrong. It was phenomenal, the best carne asada I've ever had. Even our two six year old girls would not stop eating it. I am sitting here right now with a full belly, one very happy camper. (I just wish I'd taken a photo of it coming off the grill.)

I've been ordering from KC Cattle for over a year now. It's easy to write a good review, but I hope to convey something more. From the ordering process, to the customer service, and to the high quality of the meat, they knock it out of the park every. single. time...

This was my first Skirt Steak, and I tried something different. I made a stuffed smoke skirt steak, and it was phenomenal. I'm a novice smoker, so I know it had everything to do with the quality of the meat. I have never received anything less. It's always high Quality and consistently great.

This is my go-to for dinner parties. The Waygu skirt steak is the best I have ever found. I would also recommend the bacon cheeseburger bratwurst. Everything is well packaged and delivery communication is excellent. Customer Service is responsive and friendly. I have been a customer for several years, they do not disappoint reasonable requests.
