seasoned over night with special local rub and grill the next evening and was excellent and sure tender that it could be cut with a fork!!

Incredibly tender and flavorful! Used the KC Cattle Co seasoning and grilled. Sliced and put on top off a salad. Delicious!

One Word...Wow! What an astounding tasting cut of meat. I kept hearing about the Veteran owned and ran company amongst my circle of friends. As I began to learn more about the humanely ranch-raised Wagyu, I knew I wanted to experience it first chance I had. I ordered the Flank Steak for a little taco fiesta I was having for mi amigos. As soon as It arrived, I could tell by the sheer marbling it would be delectable. With virtually no seasoning or marinate the robust taste turned my taco fiesta into the best tacos I have had in my life. I cant wait to fulfill my next order.
