The flavor was incredible.
We are a KC customer who prefers the Flank Steaks overall until we tried the Bavette! Wow! We used olive oil and the KC seasoning to grill this delicious piece of meat! It’s super tender and extremely flavorful! A little farro and grilled vegetables on the side-fantastic! Now it's another one of our favorite weekly grilled meats!
My favorite for fajitas or just throw a little seasoning on it and grill it up as a little snack with friends while I'm smoking a KC Cattle Co brisket!
