I have never had wagyu before but I love ribs. So when I came across these I decided let's try them after all it is Christmas lol. I was not by no means disappointed. I smoked these like I always have and let me tell you these were amazing. The bark on the outside was great and the meat on the bone was so tender that it actually melted in your mouth. Now just a reminder for those that may not know, the shipping was a deal on it's own, I must admit we will be ordering more in the future. Thank you for all you do for the men and women of the armed services.
