I have cooked a lot of really great steaks. Cast iron, reverse seared, and on my kamado Joe. This cut of meat produced the best steak I have ever made. I seared it on a cast iron pan, and let it rest over my mushroom I prepared. A perfect medium rare steak sliced for the family.
As I am writing this review, I am watching my two kids take turns licking the cutting board to get the last drops of flavor. I will be buying these to save in the freezer. Great job KC cattle company.
This is a really great steak. Hanger steak is a really great steak, but is not as well known as many other cuts, but is very delicious. It is also called Butcher steak. Really great steak from here. Worth every penny.
