First Time Tri!

I made a rub and stuck this baby in the oven for 15 minutes at 500 degrees. Then lowered the temp to 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Perfection! My husband said this was delicious and almost as good as a Wagyu filet!

Best Beef ever

Hands down the best beef or cut of meat I’ve ever taken off my smoker! Grew up eating tritip and all cuts of meat. I live to cook for others and haven’t found a better source for high quality beef!

Reverse sear this!

Wonderful piece of meat. Smoke at 225 for about 1 hour (meat at 120 degrees) then sear at 475 for 3 min each side. Unbelievable!!
