What is the difference between 100% Wagyu and American Wagyu?
100% Wagyu is bred with 100% Wagyu, while American Wagyu is bred with Black Angus. You may see American Wagyu bred with other breeds than Black Angus elsewhere, but at KC Cattle Company our American Wagyu is bred with Black Angus.
There is a different flavor profile between the two, but both are delicious. Don't just take our (probably biased) opinion on that though, give them both a try and let us know what you think!
