Wagyu Beef & Sweet Potato Chili Dip

This Beef & Sweet Potato Chili Dip is the ultimate combination of savory, smoky, and slightly sweet a bold, meaty twist on your favorite dip! Juicy, seasoned beef is simmered with tender, caramelized sweet potatoes, fire-roasted tomatoes, and bold spices for a rich, hearty base. Blended with creamy cheese and served warm, this dip is perfect for game days, parties, or just a cozy night in. Scoop it up with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or crunchy veggies for a flavor-packed bite and a healthy, filling snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Wagyu Ground Beef
  • 1 medium sweet potato, roasted and mashed
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh cilantro & jalapeño slices for garnish
  • Tortilla chips or corn chips for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Roast the sweet potato by poking holes in it and baking at 400°F for 40 minutes, then mash.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet with diced onion and bell pepper until browned.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix in the mashed sweet potato.
  4. Stir until combined and creamy.
  5. Put the mixture into a cast iron pan. 
  6. Top with cheddar cheese and place in oven for 10 minutes. 
  7. Garnish with cilantro and jalapeños slices. Serve with chips for dipping.
