Yields: 12 sliders Prep time: 20 minutes Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (3 patties) KC Cattle Company American Wagyu Burger Patties
  • 12 miniature brioche buns
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the caramelized onions: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and golden brown, about 20 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes more, or until the onions are caramelized and the liquid has reduced.
  2. Make the cranberry aioli: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cook the Wagyu patties: While the onions are caramelizing, cook the Wagyu patties according to package instructions. You can grill, pan-fry, or broil them to your desired doneness.
  4. Assemble the sliders: Slice each Wagyu patty into quarters. Place a patty quarter on each brioche bun. Top with caramelized onions and cranberry aioli.

These Wagyu sliders are sure to be a hit at your next gathering! The combination of juicy Wagyu beef, sweet and tangy caramelized onions, and festive cranberry aioli is simply irresistible.

Enjoy!
