Keto Wagyu Cheeseburger

INGREDIENTS

 

Hollandaise Sauce

  • Blend 4 egg yolks, 1 melted stick of butter and 1 tsp lemon juice

Chaffle Buns (makes 2)

  • Mix 1 egg and 1 oz of shredded cheese
  • Evenly distribute and cook on a Cook Dash mini waffle maker

Burger Patty

  • Split 1 lb Wagyu Ground Beef to make 2 burgers
  • KC Cattle Co Steak Seasoning (as much as desired)
  • Cook to Preference
  • Fry Egg and Bacon as desired

Completed Burger

  • Chaffle buns
  • 1/2 lb beef patty
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 tbsp hollandaise sauce
  • Bacon
