INGREDIENTS
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 oz shredded cheese
- 1 lb KC Cattle Co Wagyu Ground Beef
- KC Cattle Co Steak Seasoning
- 4 strips KC Cattle Co / Fantasma's Bacon
Hollandaise Sauce
- Blend 4 egg yolks, 1 melted stick of butter and 1 tsp lemon juice
Chaffle Buns (makes 2)
- Mix 1 egg and 1 oz of shredded cheese
- Evenly distribute and cook on a Cook Dash mini waffle maker
Burger Patty
- Split 1 lb Wagyu Ground Beef to make 2 burgers
- KC Cattle Co Steak Seasoning (as much as desired)
- Cook to Preference
- Fry Egg and Bacon as desired
Completed Burger
- Chaffle buns
- 1/2 lb beef patty
- 1 fried egg
- 1 tbsp hollandaise sauce
- Bacon
