Keto-Friendly Wagyu Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 lb
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can diced green chilis
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup G Hughes Sugar Free Hickory BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/8 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1.5-2 cups of pork rinds crumbled (any flavor of choice, I used Pork King Good - Original Crumbs)
Directions
- Mix ingredients together with hands.
- Form into a loaf.
- Drizzle with ketchup or bbq sauce
- Smoke for 2 hours at 300°
- Pull off grill & finish off in the oven on broil for 10 mins
