Keto-Friendly Wagyu Meatloaf


Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    Wagyu Ground Beef
    Go To Product Page
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can diced green chilis
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup G Hughes Sugar Free Hickory BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/8 cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1.5-2 cups of pork rinds crumbled (any flavor of choice, I used Pork King Good - Original Crumbs)

Directions

  • Mix ingredients together with hands.
  • Form into a loaf.
  • Drizzle with ketchup or bbq sauce
  • Smoke for 2 hours at 300°
  • Pull off grill & finish off in the oven on broil for 10 mins
