1 chopped green pepper
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 can diced green chilis
1/3 cup G Hughes Sugar Free Hickory BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/8 cup ketchup
3 tbsp KC Cattle Co Steak Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1.5-2 cups of pork rinds crumbled (any flavor of choice, I used Pork King Good - Original Crumbs)
- Mix ingredients together with hands.
- Form into a loaf.
- Drizzle with ketchup or bbq sauce
- Smoke for 2 hours at 300°
- Pull off grill & finish off in the oven on broil for 10 mins
