- 1/3 cup G Hughes Sugar Free Hickory BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/8 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1.5-2 cups of pork rinds crumbled (any flavor of choice, I used Pork King Good - Original Crumbs)
