INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs KC Cattle Co Wagyu Ground Beef
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp KC Cattle Co Steak Seasoning
- Mashed potatoes
- Crispy fried onions
- KC Cattle Co & Meat Mitch BBQ Sauce
- Pretzel buns

DIRECTIONS
Mix meat with ketchup, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp beef rub. Dust meatloaf with additional rub and then smoke at 225 for 2 hours or until 135-140 internal.
Let meatloaf cool and slice around an inch thick. Top pretzel bun with smoked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, crispy onions and bbq sauce.
